Pre-Order Refund Policy

AbMaxx is currently available for pre-order. Pre-order purchases are subject to the following terms:

Before production begins: Pre-orders may be cancelled and refunded in full at any time before production begins. To request a cancellation, contact us at support@abmaxxing.com with your order number.

After production begins: Once production has begun, pre-order cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

After shipping: Once your AbMaxx ships, our standard return policy applies. You may return your AbMaxx within 30 days of delivery in original condition for a full refund (minus return shipping). Items showing wear or damage are not eligible for full refund.

Estimated shipping date: Fall 2026. If we anticipate any delays beyond this timeline, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance and offer a full refund option.

Production cancellation: In the unlikely event that AbMaxx is unable to enter production (due to manufacturing issues, supply chain problems, or insufficient pre-orders), all pre-order customers will be refunded in full within 30 days of notification.
